- A recognized University / INC recognized institution must have awarded the Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) qualification.
- Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) must be both active and valid.
- After M.Sc. Nursing, a total of 03 years of teaching experience in a recognized collegiate nursing program is required.
- A recognized University must have awarded the Master of Science in Nursing (M.Sc. Nursing) qualification in the relevant speciality.
- Registration with Kerala Nurses and Midwives Council (KNMC) must be valid.
- Experienced faculty and fresh postgraduates in M.Sc. Nursing are both eligible.
