Questions
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
No. The photo is resized and compressed in your browser and never leaves your device.
How do I get a size like 20–50 KB?
Enter 20 as the minimum and 50 as the maximum. The tool keeps the highest quality that stays under the maximum, and adds padding if the file comes out under the minimum.
What is the difference between Crop to fill and Fit inside?
Crop to fill covers the whole size and trims the edges of your photo. Fit inside keeps the whole photo and adds white borders where needed.
Do I need to set DPI?
Only if the form asks for it. DPI is a printing label stored in the file; it does not change the pixels or the file size.
Where do I find the size for my exam?
Search for your exam on this site. Each exam page lists the official photo and signature sizes and prepares both in one step.
