Terms of use

What we offer

Free tools that resize, compress, clean up and convert files for exam and job application forms, and a feed of government job updates.

We are not a government website

Aspirants Corner is independent. It is not run by, or connected with, any government body, exam conducting agency or recruitment board.

Check the official notification

We collect photo, signature and document sizes from official notifications, but mistakes happen and rules change. Always confirm the requirements in the official notification before you submit a form. We are not responsible if a portal rejects a file or an application.

Job updates

Updates summarise public notices from official and other public sources. Dates, fees and vacancy numbers can be wrong or change later, so confirm them on the official website before you apply. Links to other websites are not under our control.

Your files

Only process files that you have the right to use. You are responsible for what you upload and for how you use the results. See the privacy policy for how files are handled.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, for example by uploading harmful files, overloading it with automated requests, or trying to get around its limits.

No warranty

The service is provided as it is, without guarantees. It may change, pause or stop at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: contact us.
