Privacy policy
Plain answers about your files and your data.
Last updated 8 October 2026
Files you process
- On your device, never uploaded: photos and signatures on exam pages, Resize photo, Clean signature, Passport photo, Images to PDF, and Merge or split PDF. White background and Check photo also run in your browser.
- Sent to our server: PDFs you add on an exam page or in Compress, and every file in Convert. They travel over HTTPS, are processed, and are deleted as soon as the result is sent back. We do not keep copies.
Your vault
Files you save to the vault are stored in your own browser on this device. We cannot see them. Clearing your browser data or using a private window removes them.
Messages and exam requests
When you use the contact or exam request form, we store what you type (such as your name, email and message) together with your IP address and browser details, which help us stop spam. We use this only to reply to you and to add exams. Ask us through the contact form to delete it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics, which sets cookies, and PostHog, which keeps a random ID in your browser’s local storage instead of a cookie. They count visits and show which pages and tools help people. They receive details such as the page you visit, the buttons you use, your browser and an approximate location from your IP address. They never receive your files. You can block Google Analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Security and server logs
Our hosting provider records basic request logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the service. We keep short-lived counters per IP address to limit abuse, for example too many uploads in a minute.
Stored in your browser
Besides the vault, the site keeps some pages and files in your browser so it loads faster and works when your connection drops. None of this leaves your device.
Children
If you are under 18, please ask a parent or guardian before you send us a message.
Changes and contact
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date above. Questions or requests about your data: contact us.
