Which exams ask for the name and date on the photo?

Which date should I print?
The date the photo was taken, shown as DD/MM/YYYY. Some exams, like TNPSC, also want a photo taken on or after the notification date.
Where do the name and date go?
In a white band at the bottom of the photo, in bold black letters, with your name on the first line and the date below it. The rest of the photo is your face.
Is my photo uploaded anywhere?
