Edit PDF and fill forms

Open a PDF form in a full-screen editor, type into its blanks, place your photo and signature, then download the finished file.

Runs on your device. Your files are never uploaded.

Images and saved projects open too. The editor opens full screen. · or drop it here

The editor needs room: it works best on a computer or tablet.

How it works

  1. Open your PDF. Choose the form or drop it on the box above. It opens full screen, right in your browser.
  2. Fill it in. Pick Text and click where an answer goes, add your photo and signature with Image, and undo any mistake.
  3. Export. Download it as a PDF or PNG at 72, 150 or 300 dpi, ready to upload, then close the editor.

Questions

How do I fill a PDF application form?

Open the form, choose Text in the toolbar and click where an answer goes, then type. Drag the box into line and set the size on the right. When every field is done, click Export and download it as a PDF.

Can I change text that is already in the PDF?

Often, yes. Click the text and choose Make editable, then double-click it to type. If the PDF stores that text as shapes, delete it and add a new text box in its place.

How do I add my photo and signature?

Click Image in the toolbar and pick your photo or signature scan, then drag it into its box and pull a corner to fit. If the form wants an exact size, make the file with Resize photo or Clean signature first.

Is my PDF uploaded anywhere?

No. Opening, editing and downloading all happen in your browser, so the PDF never leaves your device.

The downloaded PDF is too big. What do I do?

Pages are saved as images. Choose Screen quality in Export for a smaller file, or run the PDF through Compress to bring it under your form’s KB limit.
