The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB), Itanagar has released Advertisement No. 06/26 for the Non-Ministerial Technical Examination 2026 for the recruitment of 217 vacancies in Group ‘C’ Technical posts across various departments of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh. Posts include Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANM), Laboratory Technician, Pharmacist, ECG Technician, Dental Technician, Health Assistant Jr., Head Constable Driver, Driver (LMV/HMV), Constable (MT) Driver (IRBn / Civil Police), Field Publicity Assistant, and Publicity Assistant. Eligible candidates can submit their online applications on the official portal apssb.nic.in from 21 October 2026 (03:00 PM) to 05 November 2026 (05:00 PM).

| Stage-I | Objective Type Written Examination (200 Marks, 2 Hours) Part I - Common Paper (100 Marks, 1 Hour): General Questions (25 Marks), General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability (25 Marks), Arithmetical Ability (25 Marks), Test of English Language & Comprehension (25 Marks). Total 40 Questions (2.5 marks each). Part II - Technical Paper (100 Marks, 1 Hour): 50 Multiple Choice Questions on respective technical trade (2 marks each). Qualifying Criteria: Minimum 33% aggregate marks required in each paper separately. No negative marking. |

How to Apply for APSSB Technical Recruitment 2026
- Applications must be submitted online only through the official board portal: www.apssb.nic.in.
- Register with a valid Email ID and Mobile Number.
- Select the post applied for and carefully submit order of preference for posts and departments.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and technical course particulars.
- Upload scanned copies of recent passport size photograph (50-100 kb) and signature on white paper with black ink (10-50 kb) in JPG/JPEG/PNG format.
- Upload required educational certificates, valid driving licence (if applicable), PRC, and APST certificates.
- Pay the non-refundable examination fee of Rs. 150/- online (PwBD candidates are exempt).
- Review the filled application before clicking on Final Submit. Applications close on 05 November 2026 (05:00 PM).
- Download and print the final submitted application form for document verification.
