- A recognized University / Institute must award the Civil Engineering degree. Preference is for a Master’s in Structural Engineering / Construction Management.
- Post-qualification experience of 2 to 9 years in highway/bridge/tunnel projects, covering DPR appraisal, construction supervision, design review, quality control, or contract management.
- Relevant National Highways Sector experience (NHAI, NHIDCL, State PWD NH Wings, etc.) is mandatory, with a minimum requirement of 02 years (730 days).
- A recognized University / Institute must award the MBA in HR or an equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Experience of 2 to 9 years in Govt/PSUs or reputed firms, covering manpower planning, recruitment, PMS, employee relations, training, and implementation of HR policy.
- National Highways Sector experience is mandatory, with a minimum requirement of 02 years (730 days).
- A recognized University / Institute must award the LLB / LLM or a Law degree at Graduate / Postgraduate level.
- Experience of 2 to 9 years in Govt/PSUs or reputed organizations, covering contract vetting, legal advice, arbitration, litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- National Highways Sector experience is mandatory, with a minimum requirement of 02 years (730 days).
- A recognized University must award one of these qualifications: B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / IT / Networks / ECE; OR M.Tech in Cyber Security / Network Management; OR MCA.
- Experience of 2 to 9 years covering networking, IT infrastructure, database administration, software management, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
