Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Limited has announced 13 executive vacancies through its official recruitment notification (Notification No. GMRCL/HR/RECT/Nov-2026/29). It is a 50:50 Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) under joint ownership of the Government of India and the Government of Gujarat. Appointments are on a Contract / Deputation / Post-Superannuation basis, with a minimum tenure of 3 years, extendable up to 5 years. GMRC Metro Vacancy 2026: Total 13 Posts
- A minimum 1-year full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from a recognized institution is required, along with a graduate qualification in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Executive experience: Min. 8 years with Govt / PSU / Metro, including 6 relevant years; OR min. 10 years in private infrastructure, including 6 relevant years with min. CTC of Rs. 1,00,000/- pm.
- Civil Engineering qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. A Quality Certification / Diploma offers an additional advantage.
- Executive experience: Min. 8 years with Govt / PSU, including 6 relevant years; OR min. 10 years in the private sector, including 6 relevant years with min. CTC of Rs. 1,00,000/- pm.
- A 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety is required along with a graduate qualification in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Executive experience: Min. 5 years with Govt / PSU / Metro, including 4 relevant years; OR 7 years in the private sector, including 4 relevant years with min. CTC of Rs. 70,000/- pm.
- Relevant civil construction QA/QC experience is required along with a Civil Engineering B.E. / B.Tech.
- Executive experience: Min. 5 years with Govt / PSU, including 4 relevant years; OR 7 years in the private sector, including 4 relevant years with min. CTC of Rs. 70,000/- pm.
- A 1-year Diploma in Safety is required along with B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Executive experience: Min. 4 years with Govt / PSU, including 3 relevant years; OR 5 years in the private sector, including 3 relevant years with min. CTC of Rs. 50,000/- pm.
- Experience in Civil Construction QA/QC is required along with a Civil Engineering B.E. / B.Tech.
- Post-qualification experience: Min. 4 years with Govt / PSU, including 3 relevant years; OR 4 years in the private sector, including 3 relevant years with min. CTC of Rs. 50,000/- pm.
- Required qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, EEE, Power Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Post-qualification experience of Min. 3 years is required in Metro / Railways for Machines & Plants, covering tender preparation, contract administration, installation, testing & commissioning or maintenance.
- Required qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, EEE, Electronics & Telecommunication, Applied Electronics or Instrumentation Engineering.
- Relevant Signalling (CBTC / AFTC / PSD) experience after qualification: Min. 2 years with Metro Rail or Railways.
