- Visit the official RRB website of your region - rrb.indianrailways.gov.in from 14 August 2026.
- Click on the active link for “CEN 04/2026 - RRB JE / DMS / CMA Online Registration 2026”.
- Complete New Registration by providing your Name, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
- Log in and select your preferred post category (JE / DMS / CMA) and preferred RRB region.
- Fill in your academic credentials, engineering diploma/degree details, and personal details.
- Upload required scanned documents including recent Passport Photo (in specified size), Signature, and educational certificates.
- Pay the applicable application fee online via net banking / debit card / credit card / UPI gateway.
- Review the entire application form and submit it before the closing date: 13 September 2026.
- Download and print the application submission acknowledgment / registration slip for future reference.
