Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) & Navodaya Vidyalaya Sangathan (NVS) have officially released the Interview Call Letter 2026 for 15,762 Teaching & Non-Teaching posts on 31 August 2026. Candidates who qualified the Tier-II Examination held from 27 to 31 March 2026 can now download their Interview Letter / Admit Card from the official website kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in.

How to Check & Download KVS NVS Interview Letter 2026
- Open your web browser and visit the official website: kvsangathan.nic.in or navodaya.gov.in.
- On the homepage, navigate to the “Announcements”, “Latest Updates”, or “Recruitment” section.
- Click on the notification link titled “KVS / NVS Teaching & Non-Teaching Recruitment 2026 - Interview Letter”.
- Enter your Application Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth / Password if prompted.
- The Interview Call Letter will open on the screen in PDF format.
- Click the download button and save the PDF to your device.
- Take multiple clear printouts to carry to the interview venue along with original documents.
Important Documents Required at the Time of Interview
- Printed copy of KVS / NVS Interview Letter 2026.
- Original Educational Qualification Certificates & Mark Sheets (10th, 12th, Graduation, Post Graduation, B.Ed/D.El.Ed, CTET Certificate, etc.) with 2 sets of self-attested photocopies.
- Valid Category / Caste Certificate (SC / ST / OBC-NCL / EWS / PwBD) in prescribed format.
- No Objection Certificate (NOC) from current employer, if currently working in Govt./Semi-Govt. organization.
- Original Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID, Passport, Driving License).
- 4 to 6 recent passport-size coloured photographs.
- Biodata / Proforma as specified in the interview call letter.
