An official recruitment notification has been released by Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA), Bengaluru to select 141 Female Supervisors (ಮಹಿಳಾ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕಿ) for the Department of Women and Child Development, Government of Karnataka. Eligible female candidates aged between 18 to 40 years who hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science, Social Work (BSW), Sociology, or B.Sc. (Home Science / Community Science) can apply online. - Bachelor’s Degree in Home Science OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree in the subject of Social Work (BSW) OR
- A Bachelor’s Degree that includes Sociology as a subject OR
- B.Sc. (Home Science / Community Science) awarded by a recognized University that is established under Indian law.
- Only female candidates who meet the prescribed conditions for education and age are eligible.
- Candidates must have reservation certificates with valid RD numbers (Caste, Income, Domicile, HK Region 371-J, etc.).
Selection Process & Examination Pattern
| Stage 1 (Compulsory Kannada Language Test) | Date: 08 January 2027 (03:00 PM to 05:00 PM). Total Marks: 150 Marks | Minimum Qualifying Marks: 50 Marks. (Candidates who passed SSLC or higher examination with Kannada as First, Second, or Third language are exempted). |
