IIT JAM Admission Online Form 2026 Link
Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur has released the official admission notification for the Joint Admission Test for Masters (IIT JAM 2027). IIT JAM is conducted for admission to M.Sc., M.Sc. (Tech.), M.S. (Research), M.Sc.-Ph.D. Dual Degree, and Joint M.Sc.-Ph.D. programmes at various IITs and IISc Bangalore. Eligible candidates holding a Bachelor’s Degree can submit their online applications from 05 September 2026 to 12 October 2026 through the official JOAPS portal jam.iitkgp.ac.in. The Computer-Based Examination is scheduled to be held on 14 February 2027.

Eligibility Criteria
- Passed Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant stream / discipline from a recognized University or Institution in India.
- Candidates appearing in the final year / final semester of their qualifying graduation degree are also eligible to apply.
- No minimum percentage aggregate requirement (passing marks required).

How to Fill IIT JAM 2027 Admission Online Form
- Visit the official JOAPS / IIT JAM portal: jam.iitkgp.ac.in.
- Click on “JAM Online Application Processing System (JOAPS)” to register as a new candidate.
- Provide your valid email ID, mobile number, and choose an Enrolment Password.
- Log in with your Enrolment ID / Email and Password to access the application form.
- Select the number of test papers (One or Two papers) and choose your preferred examination cities.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and communication address accurately.
- Upload scanned images of your passport-size photograph, signature, and Category / PwD certificate (if applicable).
- Pay the requisite application fee online through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Preview and verify all details carefully before final submission.
- Submit the online form before the last date: 12 October 2026.
- Download and print the completed application confirmation page for your records.
