How to Fill IIT GATE 2027 Online Application Form
- Visit the official GOAPS GATE 2027 portal hosted by IIT Guwahati - gate2027.iitg.ac.in
- Click on the “GOAPS Portal Registration” / “Apply Online” link.
- Register as a new candidate by providing your Full Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number to generate an Enrollment ID and Password.
- Log in using your Enrollment ID and Password.
- Select your GATE Test Paper(s) (candidates can choose up to two test papers from the approved combination list).
- Select your preferred Examination Cities (Choose 3 exam cities in order of preference).
- Fill in your personal credentials, eligibility degree details, college address, and identity proof number.
- Upload clear scanned copies of your recent Passport Photograph, Signature, Eligibility Certificate / Degree Certificate / Marksheet, and Category Certificate (if SC/ST/PwD).
- Pay the required application fee (Phase-I: ₹2000 for Gen/OBC/EWS, ₹1000 for SC/ST/PH/Female) online via net banking, debit/credit card, or UPI.
- Preview all entered information carefully and submit the GATE 2027 application form before the closing date: 21 September 2026.
- Print out and save the final submitted GOAPS application confirmation page for future reference.
