The Department of Women & Child Development, Government of Odisha has issued an official notice (File No. 24545/WCD) inviting applications on a deputation basis for 13 posts of Instructress (from eligible regular CDPOs) and Assistant Instructress (from eligible regular ICDS Supervisors) at the State Institute for Women and Child Development (SIWC), Bhubaneswar and SIWC, Barpali. Eligible in-service officers can submit their applications in the prescribed format through proper channel on or before 25 October 2026 by 05:00 PM.

How to Apply for Odisha WCD SIWC Deputation 2026
- Visit the official website: wcd.odisha.gov.in.
- Download the official notice and the prescribed Application Format (Annexure).
- Fill in all required particulars in the application form accurately and affix a recent passport-size photograph.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of educational qualification certificates and relevant training/experience certificates.
- Submit the application through proper channel: Applications of CDPOs must be forwarded through the concerned DSWO and Collector. Applications of Supervisors must be forwarded through the concerned CDPO and DSWO.
- The forwarding authority must certify service particulars, attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC), and certify vigilance/disciplinary clearance.
