- Shortlisting Criteria: Must possess a valid Scorecard of UP PET-2025.
- 10+2 Intermediate with Biology stream from UP Board or equivalent recognised board.
- 2-Year 3-Month Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy from a recognised University/Institution.
- Working knowledge of Hindi in Devanagari script. (Council registration not required currently).

- Log in using your UP PET-2025 Registration Number via Mobile OTP or Personal Details.
- Personal information from PET-2025 will be auto-populated; verify all fields carefully.
- Fill in essential qualification details (12th Biology Board, 2-Year 3-Month Diploma in Veterinary Pharmacy details).
- Check auto-filled PET photograph and signature, then click “Continue”.
- Accept the declaration, tick the checkboxes, and pay the ₹25/- online processing fee via UPI, Net Banking, or Card.
- Submit the online form and download/print out the final submitted application form for future reference.
