Social Welfare Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh has opened the online application and renewal portal for the UP Scholarship and Fee Reimbursement Scheme 2026-27. Students studying in Class 9-10 (Pre-Matric), Class 11-12 (Post-Matric Intermediate), and UG/PG/Diploma/Certificate courses (Post-Matric Other Than Inter) can submit their fresh or renewal scholarship applications online through scholarship.up.gov.in from 22 July 2026 to 21 September 2026.

How to Fill UP Scholarship Online Form 2026-27 (Fresh & Renewal)
- Visit the official UP Scholarship portal - scholarship.up.gov.in.
- Go to the “Student” menu on the homepage.
- Select “Registration” for Fresh Application OR select “Renewal Login” for last year’s registered students.
- Choose your category: General / SC / ST / OBC / Minority (Pre-Matric / Post-Matric / Dashmottar).
- Complete Aadhaar Demographics Authentication & Mobile OTP verification.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, course fee details, and income/caste certificate application numbers.
- Upload photograph, check the form preview thoroughly, and lock your application.
- After 3 days of locking, download the final printout of the scholarship form.
- Attach photocopies of marksheet, fee receipt, Aadhaar, income/caste certificate, and bank passbook, and submit the hard copy to your School / College / Institute before the due date.
