How to UP Scholarship 2026-27 Apply Online?

Social Welfare Department, Uttar Pradesh, has started the scholarship.up.gov.in UP Scholarship 2026-27 from 11 August 2026 for UP Uttar Pradesh Scholarship 2026-27. Follow these steps for the UP Scholarship Online Registration Application Form 2026 Link.

1. First of all, One Time Registration (OTR) is Mandatory from Session 2026-27 for applying for UP Scholarship 2026 (scholarship.up.gov.in)
2. There are Three Step Process: Mobile Number Authentication, Aadhaar e-KYC and OTR Number Generation.
3. After Successfully Generation of OTR, OTR Number will be Show as well as it will be sent to Registered Mobile Number.
4. While applying, the Candidate will have to fill all the Columns Carefully so that No Mistakes can be made, like - Name of the Candidate, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Date of Birth, Address, Qualification Details.
5. Now You Need to Complete the Registration Process in Scholarship Portal with Name, Father Name, College & Mobile Number. The Registration Number is Generated After Successful Registration.
6. Fill the form, submit it, and upload the Required Documents.
7. Biometric Authentication, verification, and forwarding from the institute.
8. Computerized Scrutiny
9. Verification from District Scholarship Committee
10. Forms are verified by the District Scholarship Committee (Students can check whether forms are Accepted OR Rejected)
11. Aadhaar-Based Fund Disbursement (Final Step): All students whose status has been verified and recommended by the District Scholarship Committee will receive their funds through the Aadhaar-based system. The scholarship amount will be directly credited to their bank accounts.
