- Find and click on the link titled “Download Admit Card for Health Education Officer (Swasthya Shiksha Adhikari) Screening Examination-2025”.
- You will be redirected to the login page. Enter your Registration Number, Date of Birth, Gender, and the verification captcha code shown on the screen.
- Click on the “Download Admit Card” button.
- Check that your admit card appears correctly on the screen, verifying your exam center, date, and timing.
- Download the admit card in PDF format and take a clear printout to carry to the examination hall on 04 October 2026.
