- Bachelor’s Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University or equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).

- Click on “Click here for New Registration” and register with your Name, valid Mobile Number, and Email ID. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be sent via SMS/Email.
- Log in with your credentials and fill in complete personal, academic, and category details. Select the post applied for (Generalist / Hindi Officer).
- Upload required scanned images in prescribed format: Recent passport-size colour photograph (20 KB - 50 KB, JPEG/JPG). Clear signature on white paper with black ink (10 KB - 20 KB, JPEG/JPG). Left Thumb Impression (LTI) on white paper (20 KB - 50 KB). Handwritten Declaration in English as per prescribed text (50 KB - 100 KB).
- Click on “Preview” to verify all details before clicking “Complete Registration” (no changes allowed after final submission).
