- Must be a regular/permanent employee in Central/State Govt/PSU in the same grade pay.
- Minimum 3 years of continuous satisfactory service.
- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering OR AMIE (Sections A & B) in Electrical Engg.
- Same deputation rules apply (3 years service, same GP).

How to Apply Offline for UDD Uttarakhand Recruitment 2026
- This recruitment is strictly on a Deputation Basis for serving Central Government, State Government, Corporation, or PSU employees.
- Employees of local bodies (स्थानीय निकाय) are not eligible and their applications will be rejected.
- Eligible officers/employees should prepare their application form with complete bio-data and detailed service records.
- The application must be forwarded through the proper or registered channel via the applicant’s appointing authority/competent authority, or submitted in person.
- Ensure there are no pending departmental disciplinary or vigilance inquiries against the applicant.
- The completed application must reach the Directorate of Urban Development, Uttarakhand by 5:00 PM on 05 October 2026. Applications received after the deadline will be rejected.
