The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the official notification for the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) Examination, 2026. There are a total of 1871 vacancies across Delhi Police, CAPFs, and CISF (Fire). Eligible and interested candidates can apply online from 10 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 through the new official website ssc.gov.in. The Correction Window will be open from 08 October to 10 October 2026

How to Apply Online for SSC CPO SI Recruitment 2026
- Visit the newly launched official SSC website at ssc.gov.in. (Old registration on ssc.nic.in will not work).
- Complete the One-Time Registration (OTR) process. Candidates are advised to opt for Aadhaar-Based Authentication.
- Login using your Registration Number and Password.
- Click on “Apply” under the Sub-Inspector in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces Examination 2026 section in the Latest Notifications tab.
- The application module requires capturing a live photograph. Stand/sit in front of the camera with good lighting, a plain background, and a full-frontal view. Do not wear caps or spectacles.
- Upload the scanned signature in JPEG format (10 to 20 KB).
- Pay the requisite application fee (if applicable) and submit the form.
- Take a printout of the submitted application form for future reference.
