Eligible candidates with 10th, ITI, or 12th qualifications along with requisite Scouts & Guides certificates can apply online from 19 September 2026 to 18 October 2026 through the official RRC Chennai portal.

Southern Railway Scouts & Guides 2026: Vacancy & Eligibility
- Class 12th passed with at least 50% aggregate marks (50% not required for SC/ST/Ex-SM or higher qualification).
- OR Matriculation (10th) passed with Course Completed Act Apprenticeship / ITI approved by NCVT for technician categories.
- Class 10th (Matric) Pass.
- OR ITI equivalent qualification.
- OR National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) granted by NCVT.
