- Fill in the application form clearly with all the required personal, educational, and experience details.
- Paste a recent passport-size photograph on the form.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all necessary documents, including 10th, 12th, UG, PG mark sheets, NET/SET/Ph.D. certificates, Experience certificates, and Domicile (Niwas Praman Patra).
- Place the application form and documents inside an envelope. The envelope must clearly state the Name of the Subject applied for on the top, along with the Sender’s Name, Address, and Mobile Number on the right side.
