How to Apply Online for Western Railway Sports Quota 2026
- Visit the official RRC Western Railway website: www.rrc-wr.com.
- Click on the notification link for “Engagement of Sportspersons against Sports Quota (Open Advt.) 2026-27”.
- Fill in personal details, educational qualifications, and valid 12-digit Aadhaar Card Number (or 28-digit Enrolment ID).
- Enter your sports achievement details clearly specifying the game/discipline, event, and position.
- Upload required scanned files: Photograph: 3.5cm x 3.5cm (JPG/JPEG, 20-70 KB) without cap or sunglasses. Signature: 3.5cm x 2.5cm (JPG/JPEG, 20-30 KB) running hand only (not capital letters). Relevant certificates: 10th, 12th/Degree, Sports Certificates, and Caste Certificate.
- Pay the application fee through the online payment gateway.
- Verify all details carefully and click on Submit before 30 September 2026 (06:00 PM).
- Note down your Registration Number and take a printout of the submitted application form (mandatory to produce during Selection Trials).
