Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC), Southern Railway, Chennai has released the notification for the recruitment of Sports Persons against Sports Quota (Open Advertisement) for the year 2026-27. Eligible Indian citizens who possess the required sports achievements can apply online for Level-1 to Level-5 posts from 26 September 2026 to 25 October 2026.

How to Apply Online for RRC SR Sports Quota Recruitment 2026
- Eligible candidates must apply only through ONLINE MODE via the RRC Chennai official website www.rrcmas.in. No physical applications will be accepted.
- The online application window will open on 26 September 2026 at 09:00 Hrs and close on 25 October 2026 at 23:59 Hrs.
- Candidates are required to upload a recent color photograph (size 3.5 cm x 3.5 cm) not older than one month, and a scanned signature in running hand.
- Upload legible self-attested scanned copies of educational qualification mark sheets/certificates, Date of Birth proof (10th mark sheet), essential sports achievement certificates, and caste/community certificates if claiming fee exemption.
- Candidates applying for more than one game/event must submit separate online applications and pay separate fees for each.
- Ensure that your personal mobile number and valid e-mail ID remain active throughout the recruitment process for all communications.
- Pay the requisite application fee via the online payment gateway and take a printout of the final submitted application form for future reference.
