The Railway Recruitment Cell, Eastern Railway (RRC-ER) has released the notification for the recruitment of Group ‘C’ posts against the Cultural Quota for the year 2026-27. There are 02 vacancies available in the disciplines of Classical Dance and Drama. Eligible candidates who possess the required educational and cultural qualifications can apply online through the official RRC-ER website. The online application portal will be open from 09 October 2026 to 08 November 2026.

How to Apply Online for RRC ER Cultural Quota Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official website of RRC/ER, Kolkata at www.rrcer.org.
- Go to the Notice Board section and click on the “Online/E-Application for Cultural Quota /2026-27” link.
- Click on the “New Registration” link. Fill in the personal information to generate your registration number and password, which will be sent to your registered email/SMS.
- Login using the generated Registration Number & Password.
- Fill up all the mandatory fields of the Application form carefully.
- Upload the scanned copies of your recent color Passport-size Photograph (20-50 KB), Signature, Left Thumb Impression (LTI), and self-attested certificates (Date of birth, educational, cultural achievements, caste, etc.).
- Pay the examination fee online. Ensure to provide correct bank account details for the refund portion of the fee, which will be processed if you appear in the written test.
- Submit the application form before the closing date: 08 November 2026 (18:00 Hrs). Keep the downloaded filled-up application for future references.
