The Rashtriya Indian Military College (RIMC), Dehradun has opened the online application window for the RIMC Entrance Examination December 2026 for admission of boys and girls into Class VIII (8th) for the term commencing in July 2027. Candidates who are studying in or have passed Class 7th can register online from 01 September 2026 to 30 September 2026 (up to 5:00 PM). The written examination (Stage-1) will be held nationwide on 06 December 2026.

- Visit the official RIMC registration portal: www.rimc.gov.in.
- Click on “RIMC Entrance Examination December 2026 (July 2027 Term) Online Registration”.
- Register with student and parent/guardian contact details to generate login credentials.
- Fill in personal particulars, school details, Class 7th pass/appearing status, and examination centre preferences.
- Upload scanned images of: Candidate’s recent passport-size photograph and signature. Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation/Gram Panchayat. Domicile Certificate of the candidate. SC/ST Certificate (if applicable). Certificate from the Principal of the current school certifying student’s date of birth and class studying in.
- Pay the requisite application fee (Rs. 600/- for General/OBC, Rs. 555/- for SC/ST) online.
