Eligibility
- Driver: 10+2 pass with Punjabi/Hindi as one of the subjects in matriculation.
- Valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) licence.
- Minimum 2 years experience of driving a car.
- Should not have been convicted of any offence for negligent driving.
- Frash: Knowledge of Hindi and the regional language.
- No formal educational qualification is prescribed for Frash.
