Subordinate Services Selection Board, Punjab (PSSSB) has issued an official Corrigendum / Revised Vacancy Notice (Advt. No. 04 of 2026) regarding Group-D recruitment. The total number of vacancies has been increased from 1,401 to 2,098 Posts (including 705 vacancies reserved for women) with the addition of Excise & Taxation and DC Moga departments. Furthermore, the last date to apply online and pay the application fee has been extended up to 21 September 2026. Candidates who have passed 8th / 10th (Matriculation) with Punjabi subject can apply online at sssb.punjab.gov.in. How to Apply Online for PSSSB Group-D Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official website of PSSSB Punjab: sssb.punjab.gov.in.
- Click on the “Online Applications” tab on the homepage.
- Locate and click on the link for “Application Form for Group-D Posts under Advt. No. 04/2026 (Revised)”.
- Click on “New Registration” and enter basic details such as Name, Father’s Name, DOB, Category, Mobile Number, and Email ID.
- Log in with your generated Application Number and Password.
- Fill in educational qualification details (8th/10th marks, Punjabi language passing certificate) and departmental preference (if prompted).
- Upload clear scanned copies of your passport-size photograph, signature, and Punjabi qualification certificate.
- Pay the requisite application fee online through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- Verify all details carefully and click on “Submit Application”.
- Take a printout of the final submitted online application form and payment receipt before the extended deadline: 14 September 2026.
