PFRDA Grade A Phase-1 Exam Pattern & Guidelines
- The Phase-1 examination consists of an online objective-type test covering multiple choice questions.
- Paper includes tests of Reasoning, English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness, and professional stream knowledge.
- Negative marking of 1/4th (0.25 marks) is applicable for each wrong answer.
- Candidates qualifying Phase-1 will be shortlisted for the Phase-2 online examination.
- Arrive at the examination venue well ahead of the reporting time; late entry after gate closure will not be permitted under any circumstances.
- Electronic items, calculators, smartwatches, and study materials are strictly banned inside the examination premises.

- Visit the official portal of PFRDA at pfrda.org.in.
- Navigate to the Careers or Vacancies / Recruitment section on the homepage.
- Click on the link titled “Download Phase-I Call Letter for Officer Grade ‘A’ (Assistant Manager) Recruitment 2026”.
- On the login page, enter your Registration Number or Roll Number.
- Enter your Password or Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY).
- Fill in the captcha security code and click on the Login / Submit button.
- Your PFRDA Grade A Phase-1 Admit Card will appear on the screen.
- Verify your name, roll number, category, exam date, shift timing, and venue address.
- Download the call letter PDF and print clear copies on A4 paper.
