- Candidates need a Post Graduate / Master’s Degree in a relevant discipline: Arts, Science, Commerce, MSW, MBA, MCA, Agriculture, Veterinary or Fisheries. Relevant experience after qualification must be 3 to 5+ years.
- Program Assistant requires graduation, along with PGDCA or an equivalent qualification, and experience of 3+ years.

- Open the recruitment portal, then find the OLM Contractual Recruitment 2026 (State, District & Block Level Positions) notification.
- Choose “New Registration”. Use your active Email ID and Mobile Number to register.
