Naval Ship Repair Yard (NSRY), Sri Vijaya Puram, under the Ministry of Defence (Navy), has released the official notification (Advt No. NSRY(SVP)/IT03/26) for 50 vacancies under the Technician (Vocational) Apprentice Programme for One Year (IT-03 Batch), Training Batch 2026-27 across 13 designated ITI trades. Eligible candidates can apply online till 10 October 2026 up to 23:59 hrs through the official website.

Eligibility
- Minimum Matriculation followed by ITI passed in the respective trade under NCVT or SCVT.
- Only Indian Nationals can apply.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship in the same trade are not eligible.
- Physical Standards: As per Rule 4 & Schedule-II of Apprenticeship Rules, 1992; examined by Yard Medical Officer, NSRY.

How to Apply for NSRY Apprentice Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official website: apprenticeship.recttindia.in.
- Register online and fill up the application form once the portal opens (from the 3rd day at 1000 hrs after publication in Employment News).
- Upload all required documents in colour PDF, A4 size, with each file up to 200 KB, as specified in the notification.
- Provide a valid personal mobile number and e-mail ID for receiving periodic notices and updates.
- Submit the online application before the last date: 10 October 2026 up to 2359 hrs.
- Retain the acknowledgement / application printout; no hard copy needs to be sent to NSRY, but it must be produced at the time of document verification.
