NAM Kottayam Vacancy Details 2026: Anticipatory
- Graduation / Post Graduation in Physiotherapy approved by a recognized University.
- Ayurveda Therapist Course conducted by Govt. of Kerala / DAME OR
- Ayurveda Panchakarma Technician Course with 1-year duration conducted by CCRAS Cheruthuruthy.
- CCP / NCP or Equivalent qualification.
How to Apply Offline for NAM Kottayam Recruitment 2026
- Download the official notification and print out the “Applicant’s Profile” form attached at the end of the PDF.
- Fill in the application form carefully using capital letters. Provide an active Personal E-mail ID and Mobile Number.
- Affix a recent passport-size photograph in the space provided on the application form.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates proving your age, educational qualifications, and experience. Applications without these copies will be rejected.
- Place the application form and the attached documents inside an envelope. Superscribe the envelope clearly with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [Name of the Post]”.
