MPESB Naib Tehsildar Recruitment 2026 Out - Apply Online 73 Posts
The Madhya Pradesh Employees Selection Board (MPESB), Bhopal has released the notification for the Naib Tehsildar Departmental Limited Competitive Examination 2026. This is a limited departmental recruitment exam strictly meant for eligible serving employees (Clerical service cadre and Patwari/Revenue Inspector cadre) with a minimum of 5 years of service. A total of 73 vacancies are on offer. Eligible departmental candidates can apply online through the official MPOnline portal from 17 September 2026 to 01 October 2026.

Age Limit (As on 01.01.2026)
- Maximum Age Limit: 55 Years
- This being a departmental exam, the age limit applies to serving employees as per MP Govt rules.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Science, Commerce, or Agriculture from a recognized university.
- Must be currently working on a regular or officiating basis for at least 5 years in a clerical-cadre post OR as a Patwari/Revenue Inspector in the specified Revenue/Collector establishments.
- Candidate cannot appear in this exam more than 3 times under this scheme.

How to Apply Online for MP Naib Tehsildar Recruitment 2026
Departmental candidates can apply for the limited competitive exam by following these steps:
- Visit the MPOnline portal at mponline.gov.in and navigate to Citizen Services → Application → ESB, or use the direct link available on esb.mp.gov.in.
- Read the official notification, eligibility conditions, and instructions carefully. Ensure you possess the required 5 years of regular service and a Bachelor’s degree.
- Click on “Continue” to start the online application form and fill in all your required personal, educational, and service/departmental details accurately.
- Upload your recent colour photograph, signature, and handwriting declaration in the specified format. Also, upload your caste/disability certificate and appointment order where applicable.
- Pay the application fee of ₹ 2,000 (plus MP Online portal charges) via available online modes.
- Review the completed form carefully before final submission.
- Submit the application and save/print the application form and payment receipt for your records.
- If any errors are made during submission, you can use the correction window from 17 Sept to 06 Oct 2026 by paying the applicable correction fee.
