- Visit the official website of the MP Employees Selection Board - esb.mp.gov.in
- Select your preferred language (English or Hindi) to load the homepage.
- Navigate to the “Result” section from the top horizontal menu bar.
- Click on the active link titled “Final Result - Subedar (Stenographer) & Asst. Sub-Inspector (Ministerial) Recruitment Test - 2025”.
- Enter your Application Number (or Roll Number) in the first field.
- Enter your Date of Birth in DD-MM-YYYY format.
- Input the first 2 letters of your Mother’s Name followed by the last 4 digits of your Aadhaar Number (TAC code verification).
- Solve the arithmetic calculation captcha code and click on the “Search / See Result” button.
- Your final merit marks, category-wise rank, and department allocation status will be loaded on the screen.
- Download the scorecard page and print multiple hard copies for the upcoming joining/counseling rounds.
