- Candidate must be a citizen of India and a permanent resident of Manipur.
- Candidate must be able to speak Manipuri (Meetei/Meitei Lon) or any of the Tribal dialects of Manipur.
- Possession of a recognized Dental qualification (BDS) included in the First or Third Schedule to the Indian Dentist Act, 1948.
- Registration with a State Dental Council.

No Objection Certificate (NOC), if already employed in Govt service. Experience Certificate, if any.
- Pay the requisite application fee (₹ 600/- for Gen/OBC or ₹ 400/- for SC/ST) via the integrated online payment gateway.
- Verify all uploaded documents and filled details before final submission. Incomplete documents will lead to summary rejection.
- Submit the form before the closing date of 18 October 2026 (11:59 PM) and print a copy for future reference.
