- Download the prescribed application proforma attached with Employment Notice No. 3 of 2026.
- Fill the application form legibly in CAPITAL LETTERS with complete and correct particulars.
- Paste one recent passport-size photograph on the right upper side of the proforma and attach one extra photograph.
- Attach self-attested copies of relevant testimonials (Proof of Qualification, Date of Birth, Category Certificate).
