- Work experience as Secretariat Staff.
- Officers serving under Central Govt / State Govt / UTs / PSUs / Autonomous Bodies must meet these conditions: hold analogous posts on a regular basis; OR complete regular service of 5 years at Pay Level 9 (GP Rs. 5400/-); OR complete regular service of 6 years at Pay Level 8 (GP Rs. 4800/-); OR complete regular service of 7 years at Pay Level 7 (GP Rs. 4600/-); OR complete regular service of 8 years at Pay Level 6 (GP Rs. 4200/-).
