Candidates possessing Graduation in Any Discipline or Matriculation with ITI in COPA trade can submit their application online through the official apprenticeship portals from 09 October 2026 to 26 October 2026.

Educational Qualification Criteria (as on 09/10/2026)
| Graduate Apprentice | Graduate in Any Discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized University. |

Mode of Selection & Place of Work
| Mode of Selection | Selection will be made purely on the basis of a merit list prepared on the percentage of marks obtained. There will be no written test or viva. |

| Tie-Breaking Criteria | In case two applicants have the same marks, the applicant having older age will be preferred. In case dates of birth are also identical, the applicant who passed the matriculation examination earlier will be considered first. |

Documents Required for Submission & Verification
- 10th Mark Sheet and Certificate.
- ITI Standard Mark Sheet (for COPA).
- National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT/SCVT or Provisional National Trade Certificate (for COPA).
- Graduation Mark Sheet and Certificate (for Graduate Apprentice).
- 12th Standard Mark Sheet and Certificate (if any).
- Certificate for Proof of Date of Birth (Standard 10th or equivalent certificate/mark sheet indicating date of birth or School Leaving Certificate).
- Caste Certificate for SC / ST / OBC Applicants. OBC Certificate must be in Govt. of India format with Non-Creamy Layer status, issued within the last ONE year.
- Income and Asset Certificate for EWS candidates issued by a Competent Authority (annual family income below Rs. 8.00 Lakhs).
- Disability Certificate in case of PwBD Applicants (percentage of disability must not be less than 40%).
- Discharge Certificate / Serving Certificate in case of Ex-Servicemen.
- Recent colour photograph (size 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, taken within 3 months, soft copy 20 kb - 70 kb in JPG/JPEG, 100 DPI) and 2 additional hard copies for document verification.
- Verification Note: Candidates are advised to submit original documents along with 2 sets of self-attested photocopies on the day of Document Verification.

- Ensure that your name, father’s name, and date of birth match exactly as recorded in your matriculation certificate.
