The Indian Navy has invited applications from outstanding unmarried male and female candidates for enrolment as Sailors under the Sports Quota Entry (02/2026 Batch). Eligible sportspersons can apply for Direct Entry Petty Officer (Sports Entry) and Chief Petty Officer (Sports Entry) via offline mode (Ordinary Post only). The last date for receipt of the application form is 15 October 2026.

How to Apply Offline for Indian Navy Sports Quota 02/2026
- The application form must be downloaded from the official website and submitted on an A4 size paper as per the given format.
- The application will be received only through ORDINARY POST. Applications received through speed post/registered post/courier will be strictly rejected.
- Fill the application form cleanly in block letters. Attach self-attested copies of 10th marksheet (for DOB), 10+2 marksheet/certificate, NCC/Sports certificates, and domicile certificate.
- Attach two self-addressed envelopes of size 22 x 10 cms with an Rs 10/- stamp affixed on one envelope.
- Envelope Formatting: The outer envelope must be of BROWN COLOUR. Write the type of entry, sports discipline, and achievements clearly on top of the envelope. (Example: Direct Entry Petty Officer / 02/2026 KABADDI - NATIONAL LEVEL).
- All documents and forms should be punched and tied firmly with a strong thread.
