Eligibility
- Department of Posts employees (Dispatch Rider / MTS) in Pay Matrix Level-1 with valid LMV & HMV Driving Licence.
- Officials from other Central Government Ministries with valid driving licence, knowledge of motor mechanism, minimum three years driving experience and 10th Pass.
- Armed Forces personnel due for retirement/reserve within one year possessing the prescribed qualifications and experience are also eligible.
- Desirable: Three years of service as Home Guard or Civil Volunteer.
