Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru has released a recruitment notification (Advt No. R(HR)Temp-13(JSA-S&FF)/2026) for the post of Junior Security Assistant (On Contract) in the Security and Fire Fighting department. Application Fee

Salary / Remuneration
- Consolidated Pay: ₹ 35,000/- per month.
- Annual increment of up to 10% is permissible.

- SSLC / Matriculation (10th) or equivalent.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.
Required Experience/Service:
- Must be Combatant Ex-Agniveers of the Indian Army, Navy, or Air Force / Ex-servicemen / Ex-Central Armed Police Forces (Ex-CAPF) personnel.
- Must have at least 04 years of service with a discharge certificate.
- Note: Combatant Agniveers of the first batch who are yet to complete their 4-year period of engagement are also eligible to apply.
