Himachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (HPPSC) has released an employment notification for the recruitment of 228 Medical Officer (General Wing) (Job Trainee) Group-A vacancies in the Department of Health and Family Welfare, H.P. - Recognized Medical Qualification included in the first or second Schedule or Part-II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (Equivalent to MBBS Degree).
- Must have completed compulsory rotating internship.

- Eligible candidates must apply online through the official website of HPPSC
- Click on the “Apply Online” link on the Home Page, and then select “One Time Registration (OTR) for Examinations”.
- If not registered already, create a profile by clicking on “New Registration”.
- After registration, log into your account. The list of live advertisements will be displayed on the dashboard.
- Select the Medical Officer (General Wing) post and fill out the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) form carefully.
- Upload clear, scanned copies of required documents including Matriculation certificate (age proof), Degree certificates, Marks Sheets, Registration certificate, Category/Bonafide Himachali certificate (if applicable), latest photograph, and signature.
- Check the preview of all uploaded documents. Make sure they are legible and correct, as no modifications are allowed after submission.
- Pay the requisite uniform application fee of ₹ 600/- via online modes.
