Jal Shakti Vibhag (JSV), Himachal Pradesh has released a recruitment notification for 12 vacancies of Para Pump Operator (PPO) on a monthly honorarium basis under the Para Worker Policy. Candidates holding Matriculation (10th) along with ITI Certificate in Electrician / Wireman / Diesel Mechanic / Pump Operator trade can submit their offline application forms to the designated Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division on or before 20 September 2026.

Educational Qualifications
- Must have passed Matriculation (10th Standard) from a recognized Board of School Education.
- Must possess an ITI Certificate in the trade of Electrician / Wireman / Diesel Mechanic / Pump Operator-cum-Mechanic (POM) / Motor Mechanic from a recognized ITI OR under the Skill Development Scheme of the Government.
- Domicile Requirement: Must be a Bonafide Himachali resident.

- Download the official recruitment advertisement and standard application proforma.
- Print the application form on plain paper and fill in all details (Name, Father’s Name, DOB, Address, ITI Trade & Marks) clearly.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of the following documents: Matriculation (10th) Certificate and Marksheet (DOB Proof). ITI Certificate & Marksheet in eligible trade (Electrician / Wireman / Mechanic / Pump Operator). Himachali Bonafide Certificate. BPL Certificate / EWS Certificate (if applicable, for evaluation marks). Experience Certificate in relevant field (if any). Valid Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar Card / Voter ID). Passport-size colour photograph pasted on the application form.
- Enclose the application form and documents in an envelope superscribed: “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF PARA PUMP OPERATOR”.
- Submit the completed application in person or send via Speed Post / Registered Post to the Office of the Executive Engineer, Jal Shakti Division concerned on or before 20 September 2026 (05:00 PM).
