High Explosives Factory (HEF Khadki, Pune - A Unit of Munitions India Limited, Ministry of Defence) has released the official recruitment notification for the engagement of 85 Tenure Based Chemical Process Worker (CPW) Personnel on a contract basis for manufacturing and handling explosives and hazardous chemicals. The engagement is initially for 1 year, extendable up to 4 years. - Navigate to “Careers” section and download the HEF Khadki Tenure CPW Notification and prescribed Application Form.
- Fill in the application form in BLOCK LETTERS with personal details, NCVT certificate roll numbers, trade details, and address.
- Attach self-attested photocopies of: Class 10th / Matriculation Certificate (for Date of Birth proof). NCVT (NAC) Certificate & Consolidated Marksheet in relevant trade. Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL) with Appendix-I declaration / EWS Certificate. Ex-Servicemen discharge book (with Appendix-II) / Feeder trade consent (Appendix-III).
