Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) has released the Interview Call Letter for the posts of Management Trainee (MT) and Design Trainee (DT) under Advt. No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECT-02/2026. Important Instructions & Required Documents
Candidates appearing for the HAL Personal Interview must carry the following documents in original along with photocopies:
- A clear printed copy of the downloaded Interview Call Letter.
- Valid government-issued photo ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, etc.).
- Original and photocopies of all educational mark sheets and degree certificates (Class 10th onwards).
- Certificate or proof of the final qualifying aggregate for those who applied as final-year students.
- Valid Category certificate (SC/ST/OBC-NCL/EWS) in the prescribed format, not older than the validity period prescribed in the notification.
- PwBD certificate from a competent medical authority, if claiming disability-based relaxation/reservation.
- Any other specific document explicitly listed in the instructions on the interview call letter.

Candidates can download their interview call letters by following the steps given below:
- Visit the official HAL recruitment portal at hal-india.co.in (Careers section) or the direct application portal at cbexams.com.
- Look for the link titled “Interview Call Letter for Design Trainee / Management Trainee 2026” under Advt. No. HAL/CHRC-TM/RECT-02/2026.
- You will be redirected to the candidate login page.
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY format), and solve the Captcha code if prompted.
- Click on the login/submit button.
- Your Interview Call Letter will be displayed on the screen. Verify the interview date, reporting time, and specific venue details in Bengaluru.
- Download the PDF and take at least two clear printouts for the interview day.
