GSSSB Staff Nurse Recruitment 2026 OUT - Apply Online for 131 Posts
The Gujarat Subordinate Service Selection Board (GSSSB), Gandhinagar has released Advertisement No. 458/2026-27 for the recruitment of 131 Staff Nurse, Class-3 vacancies under the Health and Family Welfare Department. Eligible candidates possessing a B.Sc. Nursing degree or GNM diploma can apply online through the OJAS Gujarat portal. The online application link will remain active from 28 September 2026 to 12 October 2026.

Selection Process
- Written Exam (CBRT - MCQs)
- Paper-I: Nursing Subject (100 Marks, 2 Hours)
- Paper-II: Gujarati Language (100 Marks, 2 Hours)
- There will be a negative marking of 0.25 (1/4th) marks for each wrong answer.
GSSSB Staff Nurse Recruitment 2026: Vacancy Details & Eligibility
- A Degree of B.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized university/institution OR a Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM).
- Must be registered with the Gujarat Nursing Council or Indian Nursing Council.
- Basic knowledge of computer application.
- Adequate knowledge of Gujarati or Hindi or both.
(Out of 131 posts, 41 are reserved for Women and 13 for Ex-Servicemen. Please check the official notification for category-wise women reservation.)
How to Apply for GSSSB Staff Nurse Recruitment 2026
- Visit the official OJAS Gujarat portal: ojas.gujarat.gov.in.
- Candidates must complete the One Time Registration (OTR) process first if they haven’t already. Without OTR, the application form cannot be filled.
- Click on “Online Application” and then select “Apply”.
- Select the department “GSSSB” and find the advertisement for “Staff Nurse, Class-3 (Advt. No. 458/2026-27)”. Click on the “Apply” button next to it.
- Enter your OTR Number and Date of Birth to log in. Fill out all required fields carefully.
- Upload a scanned copy of your recent passport-size photograph (White Background, max 15kb) and signature (max 15kb) in JPG format.
- Confirm your application. Once confirmed, you will receive a Confirmation Number via SMS.
- Proceed to the “Print Application Form / Pay Fees” section. Pay the application fee online through Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
- After successful payment, print the e-receipt and the confirmed application form for future reference.
