The Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA) has released the notification for the recruitment of Executive Trainees in Electrical and Computer Science disciplines based on GATE 2027 scores. Eligible candidates who qualify GATE 2027 can apply online after the declaration of the GATE results.

GRID-INDIA Executive Trainee 2026: Vacancy Details & Eligibility
- Full Time Regular Course in B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) / IDD in Electrical / Electrical (Power) / Electrical and Electronics / Power Systems / Power Engineering with a Minimum of 65% or Equivalent CGPA.
- Must appear and qualify in the GATE 2027 (EE) paper.
- Full Time Regular Course in B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) / IDD in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology with a Minimum of 65% or Equivalent CGPA.
- Must appear and qualify in the GATE 2027 (CS) paper.
How to Apply Online for GRID-INDIA Executive Trainee
- Candidates must first appear and qualify in the corresponding paper of GATE 2027 (Electrical Engineering - EE or Computer Science - CS).
- A separate notification regarding the opening of the application window will be issued on the GRID-INDIA website after the declaration of GATE 2027 results.
- Once the application link is active, visit the official website grid-india.in and go to the Careers section.
- Register online using your GATE-2027 Application Number, GATE-2027 Registration Number, and GATE-2027 Score.
- Fill in all the required educational and personal details in the application form.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee of ₹ 500/- (if applicable) through online mode. The application process will be treated as complete only upon successful fee submission.
- Keep your GATE-2027 Admit Card, GATE-2027 Score Card, and the printed GRID-INDIA application form safe for document verification during the interview stage.
