- Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in the relevant/allied subject.
- NET / SLET / SET passed OR Ph.D. Degree awarded as per UGC regulations.
- Good academic record (at least 2nd class with 50% marks in graduation level).
How to Apply Online & Send Hard Copy for GNDU Recruitment 2026
- Candidates are required to apply in the online mode only through the Guru Nanak Dev University portal at digital.gndu.ac.in.
- Complete the online registration and fill out the application form with accurate personal, educational, and experience details.
- Assistant Professor candidates must also fill the Score Card Proforma, which is an essential component of the online application form.
- Pay the non-refundable application fee using a Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking before 21 October 2026.
- After successful submission, take TWO printouts of the Online Application Form. Affix the same passport size photograph that was uploaded online.
- Attach self-attested copies of all educational/professional certificates, experience certificates, Domicile Certificate, Reserve Category Certificate, and Publications (as required).
- Send the hard copy of the complete application packet to: “THE REGISTRAR, GURU NANAK DEV UNIVERSITY, AMRITSAR-143005, PUNJAB”
- The hard copy must reach the University on or before 02 November 2026. Keep the 2nd copy of the application form for your own records.
